2. What Is StageFlow?

StageFlow is an online platform used by Parsons Paris students, company representatives, and staff to create, sign and manage internship agreements (“Contracts”).

We do not use data for marketing or share it with third parties.

4. Cookies

StageFlow sets one essential session cookie (_stageflow_session) so you stay logged in while navigating the site. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.

5. Where Is Your Data Stored?

Data are stored on a secure University-owned server located in New York City, United States. Transfers from France to the US are safeguarded under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) executed between Parsons Paris and The New School.

6. How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

Internship records are kept for as long as they are pedagogically useful and to satisfy French higher-education archival rules—currently ten (10) years after internship completion—after which they are irreversibly anonymised.

7. Your Rights

You may exercise the following at any time: access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction, objection, and data portability. To do so, email privacy@stageflow.fr.

8. Complaints

If you believe your data have been mis-used you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés): 3 Place de Fontenoy, 75334 Paris CEDEX 07 – cnil.fr.

9. Changes to This Notice

Any future change will be published here and, where appropriate, notified to you via email or in-app banner.
