StageFlow is a web-based application that automates internship contract management for Parsons Paris. It centralizes data entry, facilitates digital signing through DocuSign, and provides dashboards tailored to students, university staff, and company representatives.

This project is currently under active development and aims to make internship management faster, more secure, and fully GDPR compliant.

Objectives

• Reduce the manual workload and potential for human error in the internship contract process.
• Provide a centralized platform for managing internship data and contract statuses.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and secure handling of all data.
• Implement legally binding digital signatures.

How It Works

1. Students initiate the process by entering their details and internship information.
2. Parsons Paris staff review submissions, approve internships, and invite companies to participate.
3. Company representatives provide their information and sign the contract digitally.
4. The student signs the agreement after the company.
5. University staff countersign to finalize the contract.
6. DocuSign stores the completed agreement and distributes copies to all parties.
